So many to list: did give up diet sodas, but still have my non fat no fun mocha every morning. I also gave up my chocolate snacks, but not have control and eat just a few pieces of something if I want to. Moderation!!!

Definitely try them on: I've lost 32 lbs and it took forever to go from a 12 to a 10, but now my 10s are getting too big and I'm 5'5" and weigh 158. I say try them on you might be surprised and hopefully they didn't get too big. I'm anxious to actually go to the store to try on some 10s and 8s.

I weigh-in on Fridays....so that works out for me because Christmas is on a Saturday. I don't plan on going over my calories, so hoping for a loss this holiday season.
