They do sell fruit around the park now...which is nice. We always eat at the Carnation place on main street. They have a nice selection of fresh sandwiches. Also, you could talk your husband or daughter into splitting a burger. Are you going next week end?

1200 is the lowest amount you should eat and different people say different things about exercise calories. I eat 1/2 to most of my exercise calories back.

I have to workout at night after my daughter goes to bed, but sometime I exercise before she goes to bed if someone will watch her for me.

I did each level for 10 days, but I didn't do them in a row. I did it every other day last summer and it was really hard for me to get use to. We all have days like that. I just try to get through them, but days like that I usually just snack all day (of course logging it) and don't really eat a huge meal....then by the next day I feel back to normal. Plus, drink as much water as I can and get on my elliptical.

I use to exercise 3-4 four days a week. I didn't start losing until I started exercising everyday. Kick-up your exercise minutes for a week and see if that will jump start your loss.
