  • I second the Bravissimo site.....I'm in the US but I order my bras from them. I wear a 32G in my everyday bra and a 34F in Sport bras. Yes, it will cost a little more over all BUT, to me, it's worth it to have ONE sport bra that fits and keeps 'em in place (not to mention looks cute too! Not utilitarian at all  ).…
  • I'm def going to do some more research....it was the nurse at the health fair that told me about eating/taking the "heart healthy" supplements and food so as to bring up the good cholesterol numbers. I'm going to talk with my specialist when I see him on 3/22 and see what he says. As far as my immune system goes.....I…
  • I didn't realize that flaxseed would do the same thing....hmmm....I may have to do some research.....
  • Wow....so many replies already.....thanks everyone! I have a lot to look into.....
  • Sounds yum! Thanks for posting it here....
  • I may try moving it back, I had it lightly active at one point.....with my disorder being auto-immune it makes it difficult to lose and I'm getting frustrated. Thanks for the quick responses.
  • I'm not sure about the FT4 because I have an F6 but make sure your HRM is coded so that it doesn't get interference from the machine. That would make a difference.
  • Ok there's a difference between a F4/F6 and an FT4/FT6 the FT models I think are newer than the F models. I have an F6 and it was the first one in that series to have the encryption so as not to get interference (anything less than that.... F5, F4,etc.... do not). I am not familiar with the FT series models so I can't…
  • I just asked my sister (who just had her 25 anniversary of her diabetes diagnosis last year) about this last night due to some comments on here. She is just now being told to limit her fruit intake because she's pregnant with #2 and she's having trouble controlling her sugars this time. They keep bottoming out on her.…
  • I'm a 34G (I think....gotta send some bras back that don't fit :P) and know how you feel. Mine do go up and down some based on my weight. I love the ShockAbsorber bras....they are the only ones I wear for working out.
  • I've always heard of subbing out something and adding applesauce but never knew what to take out and what the ratio was. Thanks for posting!!!!
  • I know how you feel.....was diagnosed with Flu A on Mon, then a sinus infection on Friday! Just eat what you can when you can and get back in the game when you feel better. Hope you feel better soon!!
  • When I was younger, I used to make the spiral kind of pasta then dump it into a bowl of cottage cheese.....hmmmm....I may have to pull that out again.....
  • I love the Shock Absorber ones. (I wear a 34F) I usually get mine from www.bravissimo.com. The ONLY downside to them is that they are in the UK and that adds some shipping time and extra fees (shipping and customs). I checked out the site listed above (http://www.lindasonline.com/) and they have plenty of styles. Thanks…
  • ^What he said.....If your chest strap isn't in constant contact, then your numbers will be off. I have one of the older Polar F6 and still love it. I make my strap as tight as I can and I kind of stick it under my sport bra strap to make sure there's a good connection. I think I remember reading somewhere to moisten the…
  • Sounds yumm-o!!!
  • This recipe has been going around the Weight Watcher community for years now. I saw it when I did WW, about 6 mo to a year after my oldest was born.....and he's 9 now. The possibilities of this are endless....and they do turn out nicely. Even my hubby (who's not much of a cake/cookie/candy eater) likes it.
  • Have you tried the company's website? If that doesn't help....go to a big chain like Pizza Hut/Papa John's/Domino's that might have a nutritional calculator where you could customize a pizza to get nutritionals. Pretty sure that PH has one but they may not be like what you ate but it would give you a jumping off point.....
  • If you make it into cupcakes, you could always use a tablespoon or so of Lite or FF Cool Whip. You could probably even flavor the CW with a few drops of extracts (careful not to add to much and get it too runny) or maybe some of the powder out of a Jell-O or Crystal Lite or Cool-Aid packet (or whatever you have). The…
  • I would invest in a HRM. They tend to be more accurate than MFP as they can be programmed with more info AND take your heart rate into consideration. MFP can't factor in HR so it's off. 650 sounds like a lot.....even for an all out b-ball match.....
  • Yes you can get on ebay but you have to be careful. Don't get anything from Hong Kong/China....they tend to be copies (so I've heard). Also make sure you look into the sellers history.....if there are people saying they got copies and not original copies, don't buy from them either. You CAN get a good deal on Beachbody…
  • My thing is (as far as the tuck goes) is in regards to how much you still want to lose. You might want to think about asking your doc if that will make a big difference (because it just might). I wouldn't think that you would want to do the tuck again, I'm sure once would suffice. You may find that after you lose those…
  • AAANND....there's already a deficit to lose 2 lbs per week in the 1200 that MFP gives you. That's why it's good to eat at least some of your exercise cals so that you don't create too big of a deficit. You want a deficit to burn off what you want gone but too big of a deficit is a bad thing. You are already eating some of…
  • I've seen this before and it's even better when the pictures go with it! It's great!
  • What do you have your settings set to? Are you trying to lose 2 lbs a week? What is your activity level set to? You might play around with those settings some and see what happens. I know it can be frustrating, but hang in there. As far as workouts go....Push the cardio to burn off any excess and remember that it comes off…
  • I can't speak about knowing a child who's done it (due to health issues I haven't even been able to complete it  ) I do, however, have a 9 year old boy who is also very slim. He's about 4'8 or 4'9 (haven't measured him in a while) and only weighs about 64/65 lbs. He's always worn "slims" in every size of pants he's…
  • You always weigh AFTER it's cooked. Yes you do lose some "size" after cooking but it's usually juices/fat/liquid and isn't any of the meat part (does that make sense?). The fat you just want to get rid of because we just don't need to be eating it and if it's water, then it doesn't really add/subtract any calories. Most of…
  • That would be an idea....if I had a pedometer....I may have to invest in one.....thanks for the idea.
  • I may have to try this......
  • I just bookmarked that site.....thanks for sharing!
