I dig Subway's breakfast sandwiches, if you stay away from the bacon & sausage and get veggies on your sandwich. I'm not totally sure on the sodium, but it's more veggies than I usually eat for breakfast.

When my oldest child was almost a year, we visited my parent's church. A very nice meaning older lady said, "I didn't know you were expecting again" (I wasn't). I was in tears for the rest of the service. And never wore that dress again.

A friend of mine has hers cleaned, and her cleaning lady charges $15/hour with a minimum of two hours (and we're in a rural setting). Hope it helps!

Start slow - don't do back to back workouts, you'll eventually get there. A hot bath does wonders. Take ibruprofen, it really will help. I'm not sure of your activity level during the day, but if you have a sit down job, try to get up and move around a little. Getting those muscles warmed back up will help. Just remember…

We are such girls, aren't we? :) I too started at an 18 over a year ago and am currently a 14. I look at it this way: I would be happy at a 12, ectastic with a 10 and anything lower? I'm just throwing a big ol' party! I haven't been at a size ten since junior high...I'm not sure I'd even know what to do. However, a good…

I'm also assuming you mean a trainer's bootcamp (not military). Yep, I'm in one now. It's hard, but I procrastinated for the longest time signing up thinking I couldn't do it. Like one person told me, "You do what you can." Just like any other fitness regime, it's about the work YOU put into it. You'll do push ups, sit…

I sign up for classes. I'm not a good self motivator, I'll end up working out only 20 minutes instead of 30, etc. So I take classes, you can't walk out early (or, I guess you can but you know everyone's watching). Works for me!

Don't even try others, they'll just turn out a gluey mess. Bob's Red Mill is amazing. If you're needing a treat - check out Babycakes. They have a great recipe…

I hear you...and I work full time & have three kids. Some days I swear I meet myself coming & going. Every day is different in my life, so it all depends on the day. 5:00 am - up 5:30 - bootcamp on M/W/F 6:30 - home 7:30 - out the door 8 - 5 - work, on Tuesdays I try to get in a noon class at the Y 5:30 - on Mondays I do…

I'm new too...and while I'm not gluten free, I have a two year old with celiac's, so I feel your pain! There are a lot of great options out there, and if nothing else, fruits and veggies are always safe! After seeing what my son went through, I know you'll feel better getting it out of your system and living life gluten…
