Interesting post...growing up my mom would always buy the 25 or above % but my finance has always bought 7%. I can not tell a difference in taste but when draining the higher percent there is a lot more grease and the 7 % doesn't have as much. I have never thought about rinsing it though..interesting!

82 here, I remember watching "Strawberry Shortcake" all the time and my sister had a Ranibow brite doll. I still remember my favorite christmas as being the one where I got the "kid sister" doll it was the same size as me at 5 years old. I remember cabbage patch dolls and the ninja turtles.

I have one too. I went on goggle and looked up exercise programs for the total gym and found a whole packet of stuff. I have a friend who's boyfriend does it all the time and swears by it. So good luck.
