WELL I PUT ON SNEAKERS ANY TIME I GO SHOPPING/RUN ALOT OF ERRANDS/ WALKING UP THESE HILLS TO GO TO CLASS... I USE THE STAIRS INSTEAD OF ELEVATORS AND I PUT AN EXTRA PEP IN MY STEP... IN OTHERWORDS YES I DO TRACK IT AS EXERCISE :wink:

Just an update! My friend gave me a call and said they bought out some bake chicken once the fried chicken was all gone... While others are mad that they ran out of fried chicken I am in heaven because I JUST ENJOYED A BAKED CHICKEN BREAST & A SIDE SALAD... & yes! I'm FULL! :smile:
