Happy Birthday! My birthday was last month so I have 11 months to get to my goal and I plan on doing just that. I am formulating mini goals right now so they will add up to get to the Big goal.

clever idea......get your head examined...lol 1250 miles nonstop is a bit crazy. however, can't go wrong with fruit, granola/protien bars, bottled water

when my boys were little and I wanted them to try something new or wanted them to get more veggies/fruits I would bring out the kabob skewers........no kidding.......they were all into stabbing the food onto the kabob sticks, they would eat raw veggies/fruit this way and thought it was way cool to "torch" aka broil/bbq…
