Turkey burger with the works and a pototo cut up like french fries and baked in the oven, one of my fav.'s! SF Jello with SF cool whip for dessert.

speaking of tortilla's...last night I cut one into triangles spray with spray topped with salt and cumin and baked for like 8 min. then dipped in salsa...yeah, I know not too original, but I'm just saying WAY better than the store bought fattening ones...I'd rather have those anyday..

Yeah you got me the other day Daisy with the bacon, um round thingys....so I guess it goes both ways. And NO ONE should know what Mountain Dew is, it is the single worst soft drink ever created. I swear the people who drink it are addicts!

Since I wasn't that hungry I went ahead with the jello cheesecake, I can see your point, the texture is a bit strange, but I still like it. I don't think I'll buy them again, but I won't throw them out, either. :tongue:

Has anyone tried the Jello Cheesecake cups? I have 150 cal. left and don't know if I want to waste them on one of those that I bought today, or have sf jello, cool whip and popcorn later... Need quick advice, my mouth is watering.:tongue: :tongue: :tongue:

you can't account for all of them...your whole day would be shot...I can't believe it~~alcohol is the thing that is making me fat..MFP made me get it...I was over like 3000 cal/ yesterday. WOW...eye opening

Anyone else finding it hard to account for alcohol calories??? I used to own a bar...so I'm used to having my cocktails...I've broken down to vodka with crystal light....but stilll.. too many calories...now I know why I gained weight eating next to nothing :sad: :sad:

OMG, I'm totally with you. While watching the show tonight, my dog wanted out, it took all I had to get off the couch and walk one flight of stairs to let him out, and I just prayed hubby would let him in...no such luck...I had to...my exercise today..2 flights of stairs and NOTHING else.

I hate posting this...but my mom last year on here learned it was true, her body shut down because over a period of time she just couldn't eat all the calories, she plateaued ? Spelling stinks... but anyway she realized she needed to eat higher calorie foods during the day so she could get all her calories in...and thus…

I just wonder if you weigh that much and work out 8 count em 8 hours a day and you only have a 6 pound weight loss??? What are these people eating??? I lost 27 in a month on WW in may, I only weighed 225, and didn't exercise at all, and ate all my points. I'm confused.
