  • I finally found them, actually mom did, at Sam's Club....I love, love, love!!!   Tam had told me about them a few months ago and have been looking ever since. If you have never tried them, do it! 100 cal, 5 gr. fiber. They are like a cute little bun/pita. Can't wait to eat with a burger on the grill…
  • I was so excited when this thread was mentioned, and haven't been on MFP since. LOL! My husband has been very ill, hopefully getting better now, keeping my fingers crossed. He has lost 30# in 5 weeks. So, he is on a very high calorie diet plus 3 Ensure Plus a day. I just didn't feel right, buying all my low cal foods when…
  • My husband's thought on cat's ""I don't want a pet smarter than me"  Well, we don't have to worry about that our dog has dainbramage. I'll probably do it at night, but it helps giving others a ohh, I never thought of having that. That's why I like it.

  • I've been drinking about a gallon of water a day for the past 15 years, sometimes in the winter less, but almost always close and it's like I don't go, and then all of a sudden the levee breaks:frown: about 11am, and that's it!!! In fact my boss's dad is 92, and I heard him mumble one day "there must be something wrong…
  • Did you get my old computer out of my trash? I only barely follow the nutrients guide, as long as I'm not way off on the fats or sodium, I just try to get as close to the calorie count as I can. I'll be 20-50 either way on cal, but usually over on protein and under on fat. Either way you'll lose weight if you…
  • Dave, What is the cutie pies name in the pic? Oh, how I love dogs, this one looks like a stinker.
  • I never worry about the protein on the default either, I'm usually over before dinner. I just keep trucking along with the calories in calories out theory and forget about the rest except the sodium. Wellll, I'm saying to drink 1300 cal. worth of olive oil, but you know what I mean.
  • How about cutting the chicken onto strips, dipping in flour, then egg whites then in a mixture of italian seasonings, breadcrumbs and parmesan or romano cheese. Put them on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, then spray the tops of the strips bake at 400 for 20min. turning once, and use your favorite marinara sauce…
  • Freeze the thick and creamy lemon yoplait, it takes like lemon sherbert.
  • I just came from the grocery store, so my lunch was a bit late., but now FINALLY I understand what all the fuss if about hummus, hummus is YUMmus! I got a cayenne flavor that really packs some heat, and it doesn't taste like beans at all! I've been so skeptical, but I was soooo hungry while shopping I went for it, and glad…
  • LeanLioness, You can't mention that you make a homemade cheese sauce that apparently rocks since you eat it everyday, and NOT POST IT!!! :noway: :noway: I'm dying to know...tell, tell, tell!
  • I have a charcoal grill, a gas grill, and a castiron stove top (can you say OCD:laugh: ) but they really do come in handy when you want to do it real quick and the weather is bad, or like me, you have so many side dishes you keep running in and out make sure nothing burns. :glasses: Like I said in another post, try making…
  • Use it to make panini's, no special equipment required. Just a nice hearty bread, I actually turn lite wheat or mulitgrain sandwich or hot dog buns "inside out" and put in lean meats and cheese of your choice, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, etc. Makes a good grilled cheese! Peanut butter and banana...oh, I…

  • Due to my hip situation, I can't exercise at all. I'm not even supposed to walk around on a daily routine. So MFP taking that into consideration, and letting me know how many calories I can eat without doing any exercise has been a great motivater for me. I love that. I know that even though I can't exercise if I follow…
  • some things just don't taste right with honey, my sugar of choice. We have a farm right here in my neighborhood....believe me, i LOVE IT AND SWEAR BY IT but it doesn't always work, it has it's own taste.

  • Like the diet coke with the value meal.
  • When it first came out I tried it, it was so expensive with how many you had to take in a day, so I didn't use the recommended dose, when I did, I had heart paps. Same as I had when I used ephedra or Mau Hung...everything from nature isn't good for you...ie. cocaine, marijuana....list goes on.
