Thanks for posting. Congrats on your loss.

I just read your story on facebook, but Praise the Lord that he reached down and showed his love to you. We really do not know what goes on in a person's life and that should make us be less judgemental toward people. We all come from different backgrounds and we all have problems. Take time today and be nice to someone…

I weigh every morning around the same time. But I only record it here on Saturday. I use a stationary bike. It is very quite and I watch TV while I ride it. It keeps me occupied. I eat what I have been eating, just less of it. If I want a treat, I always make sure I have the calories for it. Also, drink that water. It will…

Congrats on your loss. You look great.

This is about the best NSV I have read. This is exactly like something I would do. I can just see you squeezing your way through the space. If it was me, I would have just sent one of my kids through.

What a nice feeling to be able to go down a size. I am looking for the day you post that you have got into that Med.

I needed this today. No magic formula, just hard work and the dreaded word of PATIENCE.

I had the same problem when I was eating 1200 calories a day. It was fine as long as I was not exercising. When I started exercising I quit losing the weight and actually gained. I then followed the advice that was given me. I upped my calories to 1500 calories a day. And I started to losing again. I have been losing 1…

Eat whatever you want, as long as it falls within your calories for the day.

When out shopping. I park very far from the door, that way I have to walk it. I also try to lift weights during my day. 10 reps here 10 reps there. I figure, Hey every little bit I do... will eventually count.

Keep logging all of your food. This will give you a good idea of how many calories you eat a day. What I did was I took a typical day of mine before I started MFP and figured out how many calories I ate. It blew my mind. I was eating between 3500-4000 calories a day. At that rate I would have been gaining a pound every 4…

I went to a see a nutritionist with my friend. She was seeing the nutritionist I just rode along with her. In the course of the conversation she did say that the fat that is stored closest to the blood vessels will be the fat to go first because it was the fat that was deposited last. This was a nutritionist that worked…

Congrats on your first 20lbs.

I calculate those treats within my calories for the day. If I have the calories. I eat that piece of chocolate, If I don't have the calories I don't eat it. Or I exercise and make the calories to be able to eat it. Most of the time it is not worth the extra exercise for me. So this is what keeps me motivated not to eat it.

Nice comparison, especially when we don't see the loss ourselves.
-
Nice going for you.
