I hope your not going to go below 1200. That would be too low!! But I would try the zig zagging calorie thing that works. Maybe try a work-out video since you can't workout outside. I ate for two years, only one meal a day. I lost a ton of weight at first and then when i finally started eating normally again, I gained the weight back quickly.
