Sounds like you had a great day yesterday. Good Job!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No. Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, water What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Resisted a brownie at The Mill...It looked sooo good! My aunt & I discussed splitting it, but then decided against it. Good thing since I went over at dinner anyways. What would I…

Good to see ya Hoosiermomma! I agree, we've seemed to hit this wall at the same time. But we can break through it together. Before I make a bad decision to eat something I shouldn't or slack on exercising...I'll have to remember that I'll have to fess up when I post here. That should keep me on the straight & narrow.

My hubby never wears his ring because he's a welder and a piece of molten metal can melt it into his finger or it can get caught in machinery he works on. We just look eternally engaged with me always wearing mine. He'll put it on for a special occasion. But I don't think much about it. I don't think you should worry that…

Thanks for the encouraging words. I know I can make this work. I just have to believe I deserve it. Let's do this!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No. I learned a valuable lesson @ dinner. I ate a "regular" meal at my parents' house and it was over 750 calories (BBQ Chicken, Baked Potato w/ Light Sour Cream & Butter, green beans w/ butter, small glass of red wine). I need to learn when I'm there to cut things in half. Do…

Well, I don't know what you have in mind. But I could use a swift kick in the butt!! I have been on this site for over a year and have nothing to show for it. I just can't seem to stay disciplined for some reason.

To be honest, I am embarrassed to show my face around here anymore. I have tried this post so many times and haven't stuck with it. I want to this time. I really want it to work for me. I have been a member of this site for over a year and don't have much to show for it. I don't really know what's wrong with me except that…

Made this over the weekend-hubby loved it! I used canned 94% FF Chicken, turned out really good. I would definitely recommend it!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, the 2nd day in a row! Which I haven't done in a long time. WooHoo!! Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set anything specific, but I did drink all my water and stayed in my calories. What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Friends went to Baskin Robbins for ice…

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes and no. I stayed in my calories but didn't drink all my water. What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to McDonalds and got a Wild Berry Smoothie (YUM!) and grilled snack wrap. A lot healthier than my normal choices there.…

I've been gone so long, I can't remember if we just keep posting here for the week or if there is a new one for each day. But I'm gonna post here for today and you can correct me if I'm wrong. Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Didn't FINISH tracking. I do really well for the beginning of the day, but in the…

I must get back on this thread!! I don't know why I can not get on the ball. I keep hoping that if I keep trying, one day it will click and I will succeed. I know it all depends on me. Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Didn't keep track, but I'm pretty sure...NO. Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set…

My hubby works out of town every week, not a trucker, but stays in hotels w/o cooking facilities. He has a small grill (like a camp grill, pretty small) he cooks on it in the parking lot of the hotel. He works construction so he grills dinner for the crew some nights at their hotel, kinda like tailgating w/o the game, :-).…

We are in Indiana, so Colts. Sorry.

Count me in. This will be my 3rd attempt. I love how I feel when I eat this way. It's just easy to fall into convenience eating. So I'm going to try to resist. They say you can form a new habit doing it for 30 days, so hopefully this does it for me.

I would like to join this also. I just started the Shred yesterday. I took a 45 min walk in the evening too. That's pretty good for me! It's going to be really hard for me to fit it in today because I didn't get out of bed and do it this morning.

I would like to join this. My goal is 600 min (20min/day). I know this is kinda low, but I'm going for baby steps. I want to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred everyday. And if I"m really ambitious, I'll walk too and it will be a bonus. 45/600

I agree. Here's my theory (as off base as it may sound): In the cities you have stabbings and shootings and gangs. In the country you have wierdos and meth lab junkies. I used to not be so scared of things, but about year ago, I was staying alone (DH works out of town Mon-Thurs). I got home one night after dark and there…
