Good job everyone!!!! My weight this week is 180.8! YAY for almost 2 lbs lost. But the fitness bootcamp I am doing for 2 weeks is killing me! But in an awesome way! Keep going strong everyone!!

Good idea!! I was looking around on here at different ways everyone does their weight loss journey and pictures really come in handy with being able to see the difference! I just took pics last week! I think it will help motivate me further, especially when I see more progress. Good luck! You can do it!

I am on week 2 of my C25K and liking it. I am doing my first 5K at the end of this September. And I started in April out just running one mile a couple of days every week then extending it to 1.5 and 2 miles.
