  • First thing every morning, before I eat or have a drink. It's the only way I can keep motivated by knowing the weight is coming off EVERY day, no matter how tiny an amount. If I leave it a week before I weigh myself then I trick myself into thinking its ok to have a binge every other day because it's not a weigh-in day.
