  • I've got alot of catching up today for water, haven't had 1 glass yet :( Babysitting my twin 18 month old nieces tonight so I hope to get my shred in before the get here. That will at least give me my 30 minutes!
  • Good Morning..welcome to July! I had planned on measuring yesterday, but time got away from me, or maybe I was letting time get away from me because I don't want to be disapointed. I know that my clothes are fitting better, so I know I've probably lost some, so I need to just do it. Looking forward to getting my 8 glasses…
  • I am so excited that the Android App is being tested!!! Maybe by the time I get my new Incredible it'll be available to the public. I ordered by Incredible on June 14th and am hoping to get it mid-July.
  • 6 glasses of water down. Went swimming with my daughter for 3 hours today, finished Day 9 of Level 2 30DS and walked 1.25 miles on the treadmill. I'll be suprised if I lose anything this week either...I think it's about that TOM and the extra water weight seems to be holding on tight!
  • Good Morning!! Another day yesterday of getting 8 glasses of water for me!!:drinker: Did Day 8 Level 2 30DS (30 minutes) and took a walk with the kids and dog (45 minutes)! Have a great day everyone!
  • I can't seem to find this on Amazon. When I search "Knockout Workout" it only comes up with a book or some other VHS tapes by other people?? Can someone send me a direct link? Thanks!
  • Good Morning Everyone! I finally got all of my water in yesterday!!! I think I actually may have gotten 9 glasses. This is HUGE for me! Rocked with my excercise minutes; I did Day 7 Level 2 30DS (30 minutes) then 2.25 miles on the treadmill (37 minutes) and the the kids and I took our dog for a walk 1.3 miles(50…
  • This sounds interesting. I'm going to check into it. I love the power moves as well. Thanks for the information!
  • I love my weighted hula hoop!
  • Good Morning All! Still only managed 6 glasses of water yesterday. RRR.. I did do 30 minutes of Shred and 70 minutes on the treadmill yesterday though. I will get all 8 glasses of water in today...that's my goal! Have a great day!
  • Thanks Tina, I'll check it out. Is it as expensive as Isagenix? I do need to lose about 15 pounds, but they say the last 10-15 are the hardest.
  • Just catching up on the thread. I like the activity challenge. I did 90 minutes of walking at Relay for Life on Friday night. Was a total bum yesterday, but this morning got up and did Day 6 of Level 2 30DS (30 minutes) and then walked on the treadmill for 70 minutes (3.25 miles). Water...well didn't do so well…
  • I am currently on Day 6 of Level 2 and I love it!! I haven't lost any weight yet, but I can tell I am toning and gaining muscle
  • I have a Polar F6 and love it. It has a chest strap and doubles as a wristwatch.
  • Just drinking my first bottle of water this morning....supposed to be hot hot hot here today....105 heat index and high humidity. Guess I'll be staying inside.
  • I have a Polar F6 and love it.. It has a chest strap and it coded so it doesn't read other HRM if I am at the gym. I've had it for a couple of years but I ordered it online at www.heartratemonitorsusa.com. Great site for information and comparing different brands.
  • I had Relay for LIfe last night as well...my goal was to walk 5 miles and I did...non-stop. I only got in 6 glasses of water though...but today will be better.
  • Good Luck everyone!! Drink your water!
  • I struggle with my water, so it'll be a great challenge for me. Are we starting today then? Weigh in next Friday and next challenge starts next Friday as well? Guess I better get to drinkin' some water :)
  • Can you add me to the chart? Would love to join this group! SW 149 CW 140 GW 125
  • I am on Day 9 of Level 1 and am terrified to jump to Level 2..but I am going to do it...I love the 30DS!
  • Count me in...I started on June 1, but so far have only completed 5 days. I want to get more consisent at least 3 times per week.
  • Sounds like your body needed the rest, so don't feel guilty about the nap. I agree with the other posters, take a look at what your recommended calorie needs are and make sure you are getting those in, try to make healthy eating decisions and allow yourself a treat once in a while.
  • I still haven't gotten around to re-starting, but I am planning to start next Monday. I am currently also doing the 30DS, so I am hoping to fit them both in. Great job to everyone!
  • Count me in! I actually started on June 1, but am only on Day 4 of Level 1. I did two consecutive days last Tuesday/Wednesday and could barely walk on Thursday, did it again on Friday morning and took the weekend off due to travel. I picked up Day 4 last night and followed the shred with a mile walk on the treadmill, I…
  • I am 140 lbs and 37 and have been averaging 200 calories so far on the Level 1 workouts. I have a Polar F6 HRM that I use.
  • I love this program, I literally went from never running in my life to following this program and I ran my first half marathon in Oct. 2008. Life got in the way, so I haven't run consistently for about a year and would love to re-start the program.
  • I started shredding on the 1st of June, but only got in 3 days last week. So I am on Day 4 of Level 1 today. The first two days I could barely walk, but after Day 3, I felt much better and I am looking forward to continuing with the program!
