I use cell tech (?) Hardgainer creatine. Hubby was using it and i tried it. So far, its the only creatine that doesnt make my kidneys scream. As for results? Havent really been on it long enough to tell.

Its a good pain right up until you bruise your buttcheek by collapsing against the edge of the toilet whilst trying to pee. Hubby said im walking like a newborn giraffe today. Never taking so much time off again.

Im 8 hours away, but when the Southeast Texas fair comes through a few months later, we get all the most popular foods from the state fair. I eat all deh fewds.

O rly? You mean to tell me that out of the THOUSANDS of varieties of produce growing in this massive world and all you can do is essentially grass and a bad pickle? Dont eat them then, and take vitamins instead. Or get your mother to come over and tell you to eat your veggies or ypu're not allowed to leave the tsble.

Im 23, and i have a cardiac arrhythmia. Get my heart rate up to 204-206 max more often than i like (can you say "stroke"?). 190 is a manageable HIIT rate for me. The days that REALLY suck are when i should ve hitting 190 bpm but cant get past 75-80. I usually stop and go lay down those days.

I have been pulling weeds, hauling wood, managing a burn pile, chopping wood, caring for animals, and preparing a garden space for 12 hours in 100 degree weather. I am not workinv out.

I did once and got the flu four times that year. I was useless for weeks every time. Best flu shot ever-eat right. I dont get sick anymore.

No. Ambulances are 20 minutes from me, and then 50 minutes to the ER. we just drive ourselves. The cops here are a joke. Im protected by castle law. Snoop in my yard, you get a severe case of lead poisoning. 911 in an area as remote as mine only exists because it has to, but i dont know anyone who uses it.

I think its a good thing. My parents paid me $1 for every B, $2 for every A on report cards and wpuld take $1 back for every C. I was a straight A student. I dont run unless im bring chased, but i could log a few 10Ks with that kind of motivation :) Maybe this will cause her to love it, or even find a sport she enjoys…

It happens. Keep plugging away, it willget there. Also consider that your dietary needs change as you lose the weight. Every 10 lbs, recalculate your TDEE. Make your own :) you can get sugar free flavoring syrups and extracts online or usually in the miixer section of a liquor store (i dont even drink and i can lead you straight through ours to find my white chocolate mixer!) Add it to your half and half or skim milk in the fridge, it adds up to be less expensive.

I eat about four a day (we are raising our own chickens). Boiled with bbq mixed nuts and cheddar. Over medium with hot sauce. Poached with sweet potato hash. Now im hungry.

Its metabolism. My hubby can get a stomach bug and lose 10+ lbs in a week or less. I lose weight every time i have a week where i dont work out or eat at least 2500 calories. My dad, on the other hand, can work out for hours a day and eat just below his TDEE for weeks and only lose a pound.
