I just finished "All Clear" by Connie Willis. It was the conclusion to her earlier book, "Blackout". Fantastic, and highly recommended. They call her a science fiction author, but I think her stuff is much closer to historical fiction. Terrific reads, both of them.

I flipped off William Shatner! I also rode in an elevator with Gabriel Byrne, sat next to Fabio at a dinner function (for like 10 mins.) and took paula Adbul's deposition. But I am really proud of the whole Shatner thing.
