I won't be going anywhere in the foreseeable future. I found too many friends and people who have inspired me, and quite honestly I feel it's all our duties to "pay it forward". Thanks to all, and I'll post again when I'm down 175!

So much! I don't really log my cals or exercise anymore as I don't feel I need to and have it under control, but the support from my friends is what I still need and still log in every day for.

Today is my Dogs 6th Birthday. English Bulldog, and her name is Dixie. Unconditional love, and shes always waiting at the top of the steps for me when I get home with her butt wagging, waiting to be pet! She snores, she farts, she jumps in the bed every day around 6am, but I love her just the same!! <======There she is!!

Was driving home one night and saw my buddies truck. I stopped to talk to him, and she was in teh passenger seat. We sat and talked for hours that night, exchanged numbers and were dating very soon after. That was 14 years ago, with our tenth anniversary coming up in June along with our first born :-)

This is so heartbreaking. After all the hard work, and for this to happen. My thoughts are with her, and her family and friends!

I use them for certain excercises, and others I take them off. My hands were getting shredded with some heavier weights and had to use them. Like everyone is saying though, it's all personal preference.

Kinda like going to Mcdonalds, and eating two extra double cheeseburgers and ditching the wrappers before I got into the house. Than I'd eat my 20 pc nuggest, lg Fry, and tub o coke at home!
