Great post...always been my biggest fear (until recently) that I'd just bulk up instead of get lean and tone...I've got bulky muscles to begin with, but....not worried about that anymore. I know I'd have to do some outrageous training to to from sexy bulky to overly muscled lol

@Mirlyn-- I typically aim for more plain water than crystal light and the other stuff I like to drink.
