You can't see much of the detail in these photos but it had a lot of beading on the front and back. Loved my dress.

I just posted a new topic, but I will go along with this thread :) This is my journey through Insanity from my start point, week 2 and then week 3....I am on my fourth week right now.

Mmmm I havent done my inches yet, probably should, but photos are motivating to me so havent really thought about it though. I might take the inches for week 4, which I will post on here again. :)

I try to stick to the diet as much as possible, just including more protien. But it tells you to stay away from sugar and soda and all that. I still drink diet soda and have a little chocolate here and there. Girl has to have chocolate! That's awesome girl! Are you following the nutrition plan it comes with? If not, what…

No other excercise needed, they are hard workouts 6 times a week, but it is for only 35-55 minutes I believe. I changed my eating habits but will splurge on my day off.

A little more information: I follow the meal plan as much as possible, dinner is the hardest for me and on my day off I do splurge a bit. From what I have read from others that have been doing the program for a couple weeks have lost inches and gained more weight. Which makes sense with more muscle tone :)
