I'm 5'1" and 35 years old. My ultimate goal weight is 115-120. What does the push up challenge you are referring to consist of? I'm doing one that another member started which is start with 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening. Add 5 more every other day until you reach 100 in a single day. I started this today.

You know, I just started back a week and a half ago cutting back, using portion control and logging in. My NSV is that a someone told me yesterday that I looked slimmer. :noway: I told them, "I just started!", and they said that whatever I was doing to keep it up because it's working. WOW!! I'll take that!
