I went from 116 to 102. I'm about 105 now. It's definitely possible to lose that sort of weight, but it isn't always the healthiest choice. At your height, though, it seems like an achievable goal! :smile:

From what I see, your weight is low already. Do you mind me asking how tall you are? Having a very low weight/bodyfat percentage can cause your periods to stop. Also, if you've been under stress lately, that can knock out your period. So can an iron deficiency.

I just make them the normal way, but I like to add honey to them. Berries also go well!

If I did have someone around to hold up my boobs, it wouldn't be any use to weigh myself like that as my boobies are only smallish B's! :-( Still, this thread gave me quite a giggle.

I weigh myself a few times a day because I to see how the scale goes up and down depending on what I eat and how I exercise, but I only record my weight two or three times a week.

I recommend fruits! I eat tons and tons of grapes and berries as snacks; they're so good. Veggies are great too, of course. Nuts are high in calories, but are very healthy.

As a dancer, I have had to deal with this problem before. Ballet has actually changed the shape of my feet so my arches are pretty crazy. If your problem is that serious, the best way to go would be to get some custom-made shoes or insoles. Unfortunately, that route's really expensive. I find that using non-custom insoles…

Thanks for all the help, everyone! I've printed out the exercises you all have suggested, and I'll take them to him and see if he'll add them to his routine. We have until December the 16th to get the lifts right. He can pick me up, but it takes him a lot of effort, and people who watch us practice can tell he's straining…
