I'd have Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band on standby too... Oh and the guy above who says it will only effect one meal. thats a pile. it will be painful for at least a week, and its a gaping hole with stitches in it so yeh eatings hard.

take a kaleidoscope for when your drowsy. it will be awesome.

I'm somewhere in between, I enjoy food, but I can eat the same thing every day for long periods of time.

milk and soda arn't friends, could be bad milk, could be a stomach bug. could be that you were dehydrated when you woke up. I feel like that sometimes, usually its dehydration. irregular sleep and pushing your body too hard can make you feel very ill, like you are nauseous and off your food. maybe your strange hours /…

why would you cut out food groups? thats disordered eating. it doesn't even yield better results. its a waste of time. just eat what you want within your limit. thats it. /thread.

this thread is going to get locked. you could loose 10 kg in 6 months without running yourself into the ground, because thats exactly what you are doing. you would be losing in a healthy manner at 1300 (at a guess, maybe higher) - so you are going to potentially damage your body, aka your physical self, for NO REASON. soon…

yeh, you're right, a competitive eater could probably do 3.

everybody, this is carrot, carrot this is everybody. buy some carrots, if you feel hungry between meals, eat one. if one isn't enough eat two. you will NEVER make it past two. NEVER. EVER. IN THE WORLD. trust me. /thread.

he's always been 115, so hes not losing weight. sounds like you want someone else. he's not the buff guy in your head, so why don't you stop trying to change him like your married and move on. you knew what he was like when you got together, why should he change for you just because your needs changed. youre like "uuh,…

you can eat your calories any time. so don't worry about it. :) having something before you go to sleep would only be beneficial to your ability to go to sleep - in the sense of avoiding a rumbling tummy. there is no benefit / deficit to the timing of that caloric intake.
-
you know whats more euphoric than hunger? icecream. and pretty much everything on the planet. sounds like you will be all alone on this one,

on a stationary bike the zombies would always catch you in the zombie chases, but it would still give you interval training. you can turn off the zombie chases if you want, but either way it would be fine. its a really cool story.

even if you where in bed all day, you could eat a similar TDEE and maintain your weight.
-
man, on christmas or a family gathering - ALL BETS ARE OFF. 2 full plates, 3 plates of desert! man, I go for it. no guilt man, no guilt. BUT yes. its important to see what your eating. either you will be like "woah thats way too much" or "mmm, its not that bad, maybe I should just eat a little less tomorrow". MOST…

ok, you are dreaming if you think you can gain 6lb of fat, and then loose it in just over a week. you just had some water weight possibly a full bowel, and some paranoia. so you sweated a bit, took a dump and tada! 6lb! as for the "eat what you want, your on vacation" - you kinda can eat what you want, just stay within…

NO no no no, no. Your BMR is what your body needs to function effectively. Your TDEE is your daily intake for maintenance. your BMR x 1.2 = sedentary TDEE so 1020 x 1.2 = 1224cals really thats 1200-1300. probably 1300 maintenance would be ok. BMR is not what you should eat. its your caloric needs before exercise. so! 1300…

in the largest study into BMR, the lowest BMR recorded was 1050. so it is possible your BMR is that low. I think the FitBit BMR is based on harris benedict, so it is based on a good calculator. ADVICE: Go to a Dietitian or Nutritionist office that will let you use their fancy scale / body composition machine. That is as…

you need to eat maintenance for a while and then go back to losing weight. ideally you should have a break every 3-6 months, so I'd say eat maintenance for a month or two and then get back on the deficit and up the workouts a bit. thats if you haven't been cheating somehow.....

everyone needs to eat a mcDonalds apple pie some times. hell, even drive thru.
-
-
yes. i did, and its literally just staying inside your daily cals. as for how many, that depends on you're height, sex and weight. best thing is go get your BMR, then times by 1.2 to get your maintenance calories, aka TDEE. then multiply that number by .75 or .80 which will give you a healthy deficit.…

yeh, they're always lurking in the cupboard, watching, waiting. the unseen threat. they can float on the wind, fold seven times and their edges cut like paper.
