yah, not at all. my loss went on the go slow for 3-4 months, my body changed a lot but the scale went slow. you cant drop 1lb a week forever. give it time, but yeh, its possible that a little shake up in routine could help as people suggested.

doesn't sound particularly enjoyable and I'd say you could eat a more regular and varied diet with a high protein level and get a similar result. boiling it down, its just getting the correct amount of protein to preserve muscle. you could do that and not eat 6 meals a day. so moral of the story, get enough protein. high 5…

I live in a Trash Can, im the poorest £$&^ %^&*($ on sesame street. I ain't got no job and nobodies helping me.

i've done the math, and in your case, thats about right. if you want to increase the deficit you should use exercise. your estimated weekly deficit of 2800 which is 700 short of the estimate 3500cals for a 1lb loss a week. so just eat to your goal and watch the scale to see how the loss is going. if you have any questions…

yes you can, that only 2-3lb a month which is totally doable. but you gotta eat right (stay within your goal) and exercise which will also make your overall result better. whats your current calorie goal?

pretty much anything cooked in a pan, the microwave or put in a toaster. thats a lot of things. that like, most things. also some things dont need to be cooked like salads. the ovens not the problem. what you put in the oven and how much you eat is the problem. you could make roast vegetables, grilled fish, healthy pizza,…

you guys.

how much better I felt once I started feeling so much better from eating well, and the fact that I'm stubborn so once I decided I was gonna do it that was it really.

Ryan Reynolds thought he was awesome as green lantern. I think you know how he feels now.

Yah, I've been on here for a year daily.... no recollection of you at all, and I get the feeling you are someone I would remember.

yeh, you sound like you should step away from the computer. your thousands of followers probably need a break too I imagine.

hes taking one. the line below is about half way through his post, although what you say is true.

dude, theres nothing wrong with what you are doing, you are exercising and tracking your intake and seeing results. it sounds like overall you have a healthy weekly deficit and thats all that matters. there are a lot of people who have just arrived on MFP that form a mob that are uneducated about health and fitness and…

this is a good point. and if the road map confuses you (it might, and in fact due to your size it will give you an overestimated intake, so you may as well get someone to do it instead) ill help you out. :)

awesome! keep going!

open your diary, it would be good to look st how you have things setup/how its going.

yah its pretty awesome, but I've been lazy recently, I've probably got 10 episodes of the new series to run to. I smashed the first series big time. its really awesome but the zombie chases in season 2 are really hard, I find it hard out outrun them, I preferred it when it was a bit easier so you feel like a boss, instead…

I've seen a documentary about a morbidly obese guy who lost 80 pounds quite quickly with the juice diet. that said, its a drastic, liquid based diet, and if you don't have good eating habits in place, once you succeed you may just gain it back. eating a healthy, consistant, balanced diet within your caloric goal would be…

HERBAL TEA! anything decaffeinated. its just a trick you're not really hungry. i fast from 8pm till 2pm the next day every day, at the 4-6 hour mark after your last meal your stomach is like: "hey man.... you feel like having something to eat man?" and im like: "naa bra, but heres some tea, its nice right?" and hes like…

its not a bit deal, I hardly eat it, and its not exactly vital to your diet. cutting out carbs completely would be a bad idea. but anyway.... its not gonna make a difference to your weight loss
