Cell phone yappers rank right up there with girls that wear make up to the gym --as far as being an annoyance....Wearing makeup while working out is just plain GROSS -- not to mention totally bad for your skin!

When you no longer FEAR getting seated at a booth in a restaurant and you can just SLIDE on in :-) That goes hand in hand with your belly not touching the steering wheel as well...... GREAT feeling!

I totally agree! I was never a morning person but I was doing 2-3 times a week at 5 am for about an hour and 15 minutes plus my weekend workouts. Then I moved home and work locations and due to my long @ss commute, had to nix the AM workouts. I still try to do at least 1 early morning workout. I really miss my AM workouts.…

I absolutely love sauting zuccini and yellow squash. I just use the mazola or pam spray instead of actual oil. I also sprinkle a tad of garlic salt or lemon & herb seasoning.... I've never liked plain salt or pepper.

Thanks! I've done it twice before, when I was heavier and with people that just wanted to walk. Now that I'm committing to improving my health and fitness, I want to participate and JOG it. It's a lot of fun and the sense of comraderie adn support is so amazing!
