question: do you only binge on high glycemic or sugary things? low carb really helped my binging (which, granted, was really only occasional, but was still a struggle for me) because i no longer crave those kinds of foods.

i gave it up last week because i suspect it's been the culprit in my breakouts. i miss it. so much.

slightly above room temperature in the morning. cold when i sip on it at work throughout the day. tepid during workouts. i drink a half gallon to two gallons per day. it depends on the heat and how i feel.

milk is, yeah, probably out, but it really depends on how few carbs you need to go into ketosis. some people can go into ketosis eating under 50 per day. i have to stay under 20, so milk isn't an option for me. be careful with dairy in general, but small amounts of cheese are generally okay.
