ohh and if you have a 24hr gym by you, they dont really advertiser that they have an upfront charge. So instead of paying 30 a month I only paid $200 for 12mths the only catch is that you can only use the one gym

Can you join a gym instead? I went to curves years back and I found it to be a much older crowd that talked during the cicuit so it was hard to keep up a good heart rate, I also like to stay on the machines for longer. I also found people would skip certain ones and it would throw the circuit off and id be doing the same…

Going on 1500 that you are eating minus 700 that your are burning thru excercie you are only eating 800 calories

If your goal is 1200 calories and you gain 200 in excercise calories you should eat 1400 hundred calories

Stick with light beer or if you like vodka I do something like vodka and crystal light!

Are you able to switch out some of your work outs to maybe just a walk? Adding a few bites extra of avacado, almonds and bananas will see you soak up some more calories. Congrats on your success!

Dont let it get to you too much...you said you pushed yourself at the gym you may have addded muscle mass and your cycle could have a lot to do with it to. Keep doing what you are doing and you may find next week you have a big drop in weight. Also salt can play a huge roll in the scale, keep drinking water and enjoy your…

It sounds like you have a bigger dinner than lunch on a normal day, why dont you switch it have a bigger lunch and a small 300 calorie dinner and you could always work out tonight, 50minutes on the eliptical burns alot (not sure if you have one or the gym) but thats how I would get thru the day....good luck I just re-read…

If you are pregnant there could be a reason and something that the doc could do to stop it, it could save your baby....so go! Spotting can also happen during inplantation but you wont know without going to a doctor. Home pregnancy test are 100% id go straight to the ER

eat a small handful of nuts, its will bring you very close as they are so high in calories :)

I would snack on baby carrots when I had an urge for a smoke or a quick walk around the block. It seemed to help and I was over it pretty quickly

a very small handfull of nuts will VERY quickly consume those calories :)

I had my baby in February and lost about 15lbs while still breast feeding, it can be done. Ive never actually looked at the calories in nuts, good thing as I used to eat them by the bag but 6 months ago became allergic to them....ahh I guess some good came out of it for me, no nuts mean calories not dissapearing by the hundreds!

My motivation for my 75lbs weight loss a while ago wazs when i went to try on an outfit and had to take my top and pants off I looked up in the mirror and saw Jabba the Hut from Starwars! This time (to lose the baby weight) my motivation is my son, I want to be able to run and play with him.

I read a post yesterday or the day before where people were questioning this so they used there hrm with it and they said to their surprise it was wrong....in actual fact they said the wii was actually showing a lot less than the hrm.

Venison like kangaroo is very good for you as there is very little if any fat in the meat. I know to make venison dogs you have to put a little pork fat in them otherwise they will just burn....its supe good for you! The only thing is if you dont cook it right, venison and kangaroo becaome very tough!
