A continuos loss of 5lb a week isnt good, 1-2lbs is recommended by doctors although if you are just starting a the first 1-3 weeks you generally see a big loss and then your body drops down to a1-2lbs loss (which is ideal) losing 5lbs every week can be harmful especially to woman

Id take snacks along with you, popcorn, 100 calorie packs, fruit etc.....at least that way if you are snacking you know what you are eating and how many calories.

I weigh myself daily to keep in check but I dont agonize over the number as I know day to day we hold water etc. Although I way myself everyday I generally concentrate on my Sundays weight!

It wont last long...Theres somedays now that I feel so full that 1200 calories is a bit of an effort to eat. Hang in there :)

I had my little one almost 11mths ago and just finally got back into working out. Cant wait to lose the baby weight and then get back to my goal weight :) Goodluck

Go to the gym, It took me a bit to build up the courage and im so glad that I did. Yes its full of skinny people but most of them have a story to. When you start talking to them guess what? YOu are not eating enough so your body will hold onto the fat. You need to eat your entire calorie allowance
