is anyone else adding extra cardio to ripped in 30? im finding it harder and harder to do haha. im not sure if im getting lazy or if im just really tired. im on level 2 now and it is definitely kicking my butt--i just wish the program was a bit more cardio intensive!

it doesnt get easier--you just get stronger. Keep with it because its totally worth it. I freaking love that woman. Yes, she can be irritating, but like she says, she really does give results!

sounds about right! but im still thinking I'll leave my cardio for the mornings and my strength training for the afternoons. I really want to dip into and burn all that fat that is stored :). I don't think I'd be able to complete strength training on an empty stomach! thanks guys!
