technically in the movie, Ariel is portrayed as a 16 year old. she even says it when her dad is trying to keep her from running off and she says something like "but daddy i'm 16!"

my chiropractor tells me to use a cold pack for 10 minutes and then slather on some biofreeze. icy hot probably is fine too.

my main problem is that i need a good sports bra that won't show under my costumes! it's gonna be tough.

thanks guys. in response to slieber; the girls at my academy have actually duct taped their breasts down before. i never have but that seems kinda extreme and hot.
