I coach 9-10 year old softball. I'm looking forward to being able to run around the field and participate at practice with them.

I've just started another Day 1. I've got 120 pounds to lose. Feel free to add me also!

I'm in the same place you are. Here again...

I'm a yo-yoer too. I've been here and gone more times than I'm proud to admit. I've learned that regardless of how many times you start and stop, the community has your back. You will find he support, if you want it. I sent you a friend request. We can get through this together! Lots of luck on your journey.

I'm more worried that a teacher laid a hand on the girl to expose her shoulders!!! Its NOT my daughter and I'm angry that a teacher got away with that!! My daughter's school wears uniforms, so our dress code, while strict, is easy to follow...it's either uniform or not.

Great idea! Count me in. Thanks!

My ultimate goal is 130 pounds lost. Hopefully we never find our pounds once they are lost. I agree with setting up the smaller goals to get to your ultimate goal. Mine is usually clothes that I have that I no longer fit into. I have a pair of jeans hanging on my closet door that are my next goal. Don't forget to…

I also fill my food diary in for the day. I add as I need to if I have something unplanned. If I have a craving for something, I'll put it into my diary and see how it affects my numbers. if it throws me too far out of whack then I don't do it. Seriously craving some French Vanilla FroYo right now, but it's no worth the…

I am a Mom of three girls 21, 15 & 8 (9 in 3 weeks). My kids aren't exactly little, but my 15 year old is super picky. I have a very hard time getting her to try new things. Feel free to add me also!.

I can't say he's not supportive. He watches the kids when I go to the gym or keeps them out of my hair when I'm doing my weekly meal prep. However, he does not change is diet. Yesterday he and our daughter had Pizza while I had my grilled chicken (prepared earlier in the week) and asparagus. He has his snacks and soft…

Taking the low-carb route beginning today. I found that preparation is key to helping to stick with any eating plan. Plan out your menu and take a few hours on the weekend to cook and prepare and freeze your meals for the week. Please add me. I'm still struggling to find carb smart snacks and lunches. I can use all the…

I agree, great sense of humor. Laughter is the cure for everything, right? Feel free to add me also. I have been here for quite some time off and on...just like my diet. My daughter wants to do a 5K fitness walk next month so I really need to start moving and being much smarter with my choices if I'm going to be able to…
