for me, eliminating sugar from my diet almost completely seemed to help. i agree with previous posters that weight loss comes from caloric deficit. but when i stopped eating sugar the weight seemed to come off. oh i cut out booze too. just a thought.

cant tell much from that angle but ill say dita von teese since you have dark, pin up style hair with a flower

your looking at nearly 4 cups of batter here just from ingredients alone, for 10 servings, plus take into account the leavening... i would say they are a decent size. they have fiber and protein so you could even eat 2 and some yogurt have a great 300 cal breakfast
-
not little. it's a decent size. i recommend makin the mini loafs
-
Enjoy it for breakfast for nearly the same calorie as a slice of toast.

are you on crack? youre not fat youre dysmorphic. also if you hate looking at your body why did you post photos of yourself in a bikini looking skinny and what not?

i say eat bread. ezekiel bread the sprouted kind. and oatmeal. think low calorie bulk food. get some psyllium husk too, only 35 cal per 2 tbsp and fills you up and makes ya poop. you should try to go for a walk every day it will help with your metabolism and make you feel better.

most people will tell you yes. i would ask you first if you are doing cardio or just cutting your calories? i looked at your diary you could probably use another piece of toast. i personally lost all my weight on a 1200 cal a day routine but i never try to cut my carbs out i just eat clean and eat lots of yogurt and salad.…

i really identify with your feelings OP and i didn't find very many of these comments helpful. i am the exact same way. it's a mental thing and i do believe it is a kind of eating disorder that has to do with a lifetime of weight issues. you eat one 'indulgent' thing and you feel like you must keep going you blew it…
-
haha we are all so mean...yet i am still laughing
-
i was just going to suggest christkindl market. i went the other day! go get you a pretzel and some warm german wine
-
CAAAAAAAKE!!!!!!! of course
-
i don't know if i'm a "chubby chaser" but i find it sickly satisfying to force other people to eat and have none
-
i do really well until i am in a household with tons of bad food. maybe you could try talking to your family about shopping healthier or keeping the really 'bad' foods somewhere that you aren't constantly seeing them? binging is very visual for me, i see it i want it. out of sight out of mind.

this is all very interesting

Log Everything. EVERYTHING. LOG EVERY LITTLE STINKING THING if you stay under your calorie goal you will lose weight and that is the end of that. but if you skip logging 20 calories here and 20 calories there, you will be left wondering why your diet isn't working.
-
well i guess just melt cheese on them then. its really easy and fast and covers the taste. you can buy those laughing cow things if youre dieting, they are 35 calories a wedge and they melt well. or any cheese really. i think swiss is lower in calories than cheddar. then you get calcium and protein. i dont eat pizza…

why are either of those words gender specific? theyre both dumb things to say. sounds like an asinine conversation better post it on mfp
-
pastry chef!!! i own a bakery and i bake bake bake sweets all the time

find ways to force yourself to eat them. once you eat them for a while they start to taste better than you crave them. vegetables taste good i wonder why they taste bad to you thats strange when i ate only junk food the thought of eating a vegetable was very unappealing, maybe you are eating too much pizza
-
this thread is awesome. i love mfp. i would stop using chapstick. also, i would be careful when you are eating out in restaurants, bring your own silverware because if not properly cleaned calories from the previous diner's meal will remain on the utensil and you will absorb them. no offense to the OP i just think i'm funny
