Awesome awesome! Thank you for sharing your progress!!! You're so positive and I'm so happy that you're seeing progress in a variety of ways! I also love your idea of the spread sheet! I may do that too! Keep going, you're doing great!!

Thank you for posting... it is very moving. I could see myself in the story as well. It is amazing how society not only doesn't recognize this (low calorie count) as an eating disorder, but it is encouraged. I've heard many people get recommended to eat at such a small amount. The dancers in my university are being driven…

Those peanut butter balls sound AMAZINGGGGG <3

First off, congrats on your inches lost! That is so wonderful! I completely agree, the scale can be put away. I had my fiance HIDE it from me because I weighed myself pretty much EVERY DAY. It was in control of my life. While a pound down would motivate me for a day or so, a pound or more up would completely ruin…

Its amazing how even this change in life can make us look back at our old selves and wonder how we did it. I was harassed for years, and it got really bad two years ago. It drove me to netting negative calories. I felt tired, exhausted, depressed, and incredibly guilty for EATING. I felt like a hypocrite teaching nutrition…

^^^^ LOL!!!!! These are all great! I'll have to add some more soon! :) Thanks everyone!!! <3

^ THIS!!! I hate how society has built this lie around having a number on a scale define how fit/healthy/beautiful someone is. I must admit, it is freeing to not have the scale around! I mean grant it, I got that high of seeing my weight go down. That did motivate me... for a day or two. However, even when I'd be doing…

I know I'm late in regards to this topic, and I agree with the above comments. However, I have this to say: You are a BEAST! Love it!

Everyone beat me to the punch! For me, I am very sensitive in terms of weight due to incidents that have happened over the past few years, which have left me scarred. I personally hid mine, or rather, had my fiance hide it so I can't sneak a peak!!! When I stop caring so much about my "weight" and more about how I feel…

I am new so for me personally, I haven't seen any weight yet. From reading other stories posted by people in the group, it would appear that it varies from person to person and it is really hard to pin point when and if weight will come off! I too am a little anxious to see pounds shed, but for now I abandoned the scale…

Very inspirational! Thank you for sharing! I'm pretty new and like most, I netted between 1000 and 1300 a day! I'm now almost at 1900 (hoping to make a final jump up to my TDEE by Saturday) and while I feel bloattteedddd - I have so much more energy. I feel happier. I hid the scale since mentally, I know it would hurt me.…

You can take a look at mine. I'm a little bit over, but if you go back a week, you can see some 1700ish days :)
-
Haahahah! I'm already starting to feel like that as well!! :)
-
Thank you!!! I'm between 4-6 hours pending on how long my run is and whether or not I push hard with weights. I put moderate and not strenuous since I don't think that my workouts are that strenuous. <3

I am also new, and I have been enjoying the eating! My cut is about 1800 - 2000 pending the calculator!!! :3
-
I also was confused until you cleared things up! So unless we exercise so that our burned calories is equal to or more than our TDEE cut - BMR, we just eat our cut! Makes sense! Thank you!!!!

These videos are wonderful! They answered all my questions and helped me feel a lot less stressed!! Thank you!!! :)

Everyone here is simply fantastic :) <3 :flowerforyou:

I'm looking forward to hearing these answers too! I'm hoping to get a copy of the book for myself this weekend :) I wish you all the best!!!!

Thank you. It really was. It never helped that she was demonstrating a very poor health style. I am feeling better today though. More energy. Last night I was really able to rip through my laps. Having my scale out of sight is a huge relief. I feel less pressured. I'm feeling more confident. Of course, it helps that this…

I read research into upping my calories about a week and a half ago. I started also at 1200 as my minimum and moved it to about 1400 last week. It was hard at that point MOSTLY because I was so busy student teaching and finishing up graduate school. However this week I moved it to 1800 where it will stay. I have no trouble…

I'm hoping so too. I feel guilty just because of the issues I had about two years ago when I lived with someone who was unhealthy. She and her boyfriend would harass me and call me fat and talked about how I was a pig. It was a total nightmare. Every day. I became so self conscious. I knew I didn't want to starve myself,…

Thank you guys for the tips. In terms of eating clean, I try my hardest to do so. It's hard with a fiance who loves to indulge all the time. It makes it so hard for me. :( And thanks for the heads up about the icky feelings. For me, aside from the bloat, I'm going to feel the guilt. I already feel incredibly guilty!! It…

Wonderful inspiration. You're amazing. :)

This is old, but while my weight went up slightly from last summer, I look about the same, just a little tinnier on the hips. Will post a more recent one at some point. :P
-
I also got a similar number (off by like 50, but that's nothing). Really good read, thanks for the share :)

Thanks for the support/ tips! I'm slowly starting to ease into it. I feel like if I jump into 1800 immediately tomorrow, I might feel sick, so the goal is to reach it by Saturday! It just seems so contradictory! You hear "eat less" all the time. It does make sense. But who would have thought that my body was burning as…

I'd also like to know the definition of over training! I feel so lost and confused with all of this!! I wish you the best of luck!!
