No not creepy. Actually nice of him to leave the note since you don't know who he is (I assume) so if you're not interested, you don't have to feel weird about turning him down and then have to keep seeing him at the gym.

OMG - look at your arms!! You've literally eliminated all the fat on the underside of your arms - amazing!! Congratulations on a fantastic job!! How much are you running? Steady state or intervals?

If you're using the treadmill at the gym, start running or walking outside. You will fall in love with feeling the wind hit your sweaty face after an amazing workout. I promise! I HATED running and by no means would I call myself a runner......yet ;)

Awesome NSV! I'm not even that big and stil wish I could shrink. I'd happily wear an A cup in exchange for being 8 inches taller - I'm 5'2" LOL!

I can't see the pix but that is a huge victory for you! And don't downplay 10 pounds! If you gained 10 pounds that would be a big deal, right? So it's an even BIGGER deal to lose 10 pounds (because it's alot harder to take them off than to put them on, isn't it?) LOL!

You will love running outside. Just being in the fresh air is addictive, even if you don't run hard enough or long enough to get the endorphins - you'll have endorphins just to feel the wind on your face!

Just like you, I discovered that I like it and i like being able to easily challenge myself - a little farther, a little faster, a little steeper than the time before, etc. You mentioned " a little pudge" - try weight…
