I agree with rlbeaty42 though, even in my own weight training regimen I will mix up the intensity to keep my muscles guessing, doing more compound lifts, quickly and other times doing more isolated, slower movements. It starts with today!! You can't change everything, but you can change today. Take it one day at a time, set small achievable goals like going for a walk on your lunch hour. Baby steps, and you'll get there. Don't lose hope. :smile:

You go! I did WW before - it was good. Great success. Now I am trying to refine what I am eating to make sure I am getting all the protein, good fats, and minimal bad carbs. Stuff like that. Are you doing this and WW?
