That's the only workout I know - before work, usually predawn! You could also try a little chocolate milk after your workout. I'm usually pumped for the day - well most of it anyway. Getting up at 4:30 every day eventually wears on me!!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine losing one of my fur-babies to something like that. My heart goes out to you... I have gotten 'transition' dogs when mine get older so that I will have one when the other one is not with me any longer. It's tough, but I couldn't have a house without at least 2 dogs in it!
