I get up every day at 4:30 to get my workout in before getting ready for work. I just have to go to bed a little earlier. It's great because I feel so much better throughout the day. And, my brain doesn't have time to come up with any excuses for me NOT to work out! Good luck!!!

If a small snack doesn't work, you could try a protein shake or chocolate milk. I gulp a few sips of chocolate milk before my 4:30 workouts, and I'm usually fine. Good luck!

You will find lots of encouraging and supportive friends here. If you have Netflix, I believe they have exercise DVDs that you can rent (maybe even watch instantly, but I don't know for sure).

Absolutely LOVE IT! Up at 4:30 every day to get the workout done before the day really starts. Love the way it makes me feel for the rest of the day!

And the fortunate folk who don't suffer from binge eating just don't understand why we can't just 'stop eating.' I didn't start binge eating until I had reached my weight loss goal. Now, I struggle on a regular basis...

I'd love to know the answer to this also. I have increased my calories by a couple of hundred, and all I've done is gained. It has been over a month, so I'm just waiting for that magic moment to happen when the scale starts to go DOWN instead of up!

I'm an only child, and, while I liked it as a kid sometimes, as an adult it is very frightening to know that I alone am responsible for taking care of my elderly parents. I also think that is one of the reasons why I am not a very social person now! Go on! Have another kid!!!

All of my 40 lbs lost is from changing what and how much I eat and cardio only. I have recently started adding strength training to the mix, but I'm not looking to lose any more weight, just maintain. Good luck!
