Great job! Keep on going! I also have hypothyrodism and I now how hard it can be to loose weight and how easy it can be to put on weight! If you have any tips or suggestions that may be helpful when you have hypothyrodism feel free to add me because I would love to hear them! My doctor doesn't really care at all =/

I can't understand how in the world someone could say something like that! But I guess some people just have the need to be mean just to make them feel better about themselves. Anyone except me that doesn't really think Natalie does it right? She's stopping the workout when she thinks the camera is not on her, and in the boxing cardio in L1 she's almost standing up instead of sinking down in the knees for example. It just bothers me haha!

I'm on L1D7 today and I love it! I've been doing it before but it's really a great workout and it gives you good results!

I finished Level 1, Day 7 today so I have three more days on L1 before I move up to L2. It's the third time I do L1 so I'm starting to get sick of it. I just finished L1D5 and today was the hardest. I read somewhere on here that Day 4 is supposed to be the hardest day but it was Day 5 for me (at least this far, I'm sure I'll have even harder days)! I was almost crying out of frustration because my muscles was so sore. But I finished strong as Jillian says you should ;)…
