Yesterday was "talk like a pirate day" and Krispy Kreme was giving away doughnuts. I ate 4 glazed doughnuts. *hangs head in shame*

Everyone has done great! Even if you didn't meet your goal...you worked hard, and that's what counts! :) I didn't add all my info: SW: 142 Goal weight: 136 Ending weight: 133

I'm at 133 again this week. Startled, since I was expecting to bump back up (I had stomach viruses back to back and was expecting that was the cause of the loss. )

After two weeks of not weighing in, and having a stomach bug two days I am down 7 lbs from my last weigh in, and 9lbs for the month of January. My goal was 6 lbs. But I'm imagining there will be an increase this week (as long as I don't get the stomach bug again!) It was the lowest number I've seen on the scale in 7 years…

Thanks for putting so much work in to the spreadsheet, it works for me now! yay! I have a stomach bug, so my weigh in may be *off,* ya know? I'll weigh in on Friday most likely.

I forgot to post, but I did weigh myself. Starting weight: 142 Current weight: 140 Total Challenge weight loss: 2 lbs. Vday goal: 135

Thank you so much. My weights are in their either, and I can't edit it. My starting weight was 142, I weighed in last week and it was 141. I weighed again this week (but I forgot to post) and was 140. I'm dropping that "Holiday Weight" at a pound a week. I'll take that!

My week 1 weight is: 141. This is down a pound from where I was right after Xmas (my last weigh in was 2 weeks ago.) It's still however up 6 lbs from where I was 6 weeks ago. That's the goal. Congrats to those who lost. I love reading stories of losing inches! Great job. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so as you…

First time joining a group or a challenge! I don't have a ton of weight left to lose, so I'm hoping the 6 week challenge will help me get there. I am Shauna. I am married and have 4 kids (14, 13, 6 and 3.5.) I homeschool all of them, and we are crazy busy. I needed to lose weight to have more energy, number one. I am…

Hey! As a busy mom of 4 (although further spaced than yours,) I totally understand you. My kids are 14, 13, 5 and 3. We are busy, but I've learned to make myself a priority. A healthy mom is a happy mom, and a happy mom has happy kids! Also, treating myself right (exercise, eating better, vitamins) gives me more energy to…

Great job!
