i love how i feel after i work out and i definitely feel awesone when i kniw i can lift heavy but still sometimes im dragging mysself after a hard day at work ( i work 13 hr shifts as a psy Nurse) but i definitely dont feel like its a job its my hobby and helps me forget about work :)

I work on a locked psychiatric ward and use heavy lifting to try and forget the things i see and hear in work ...

i do pretty much the same 10 mins warmup and 60 minutes lifting but i have found myself there for nearly 2 hours if im waiting for machines to free up :( you look awesome by the way!

my older sister told me only last week that i shouldnt lose anymore weight....and she added the comment "your eyes look too big for your head" i said seriously what can i do about that!!!!
