No you don't need to force yourself to eat all of your calories if you are not hungry. Statistics show that a women should consume at least 1200 calories a day to be healthy. So just make sure you don't eat under 1200..

Try African shea butter.. it works wonders.. you can buy it on amazon.com...It is just raw shea butter.. put that on everynight with socks when you go to bed and it will heal those heels.:)

Try grilling shrimp or baking in the oven.. the sm/med shrimp in the bag is only 77 calories for 3 oz.. with that you can do a salad with fat free dressing or steam veggies..
