I have noticed a change too.....still disappointed that I went over. I had so much self control earlier in the day....and then, I unleashed the dragons!!! Tomorrow will be a fix-it day for me! :)

Sorry today was yucky...but turn it into LUCKY because that is how you will feel after you work out! Try to do just ten minutes....and once you get going, I guarantee you will be so glad that you got to the gym that you finish your workout!!!

I have some Medifast shakes left over from when I tried their diet a few years ago. I would never return to the diet, but I must say that having a shake for a snack helps keep me on track. I am satisfied without gluttony....only 90 calories and good nutrients.
