Its a protein powder in skim milk for me. Then on the way to work I'll have 1 cup of cinnamin oat squares. This helps fill me up and gives me my iron vitamin for the day.

I agree, consistency, commitment, and a sincere desire are the keys to early (or any time) workout regiments. I naturally wake up between 2:30 and 3:30 AM.
