I almost always train on an empty stomach, but if i'm going to eat, it's at least an hour before and ALWAYS protein...carbs are post workout.

I very rarely have a rest day....I'm in the teaching category, I teach upwards of 4-6 classes a day, before and after my real job! lol and I also workout on my own body as well....so you can work out 7 days a week, especially cardio, 30 minutes a day everyday isn't too much

It took me 5 sessions roughly 6-8 weeks apart to be hair free(hair grows in cycles..so the time will vary from person to person) If I remember correctly around 1100.00 when it was all said and done.

It's not just weight training at that point. you actually burn more calories weight trainnig in that manner then you do doing most forms of cardio.

I haven't come accross that, the nutritional needs would be the same regardless. If you're building muscle mass, protein is very important, and being women generally fall very short in their protein numbers, I would think that statement may be exagerated.

When it comes down to timing, i worry about post workout more then anything...I try to eat within 45 minutes. my brother on the other hand, a serious competitive lifter..thinks the whole idea of timing is ridiculous and he's been training for many years.

Try a Monday/wed/fri full body with cardio focus on the tues/thurs that's a typical week for most people starting out

I agree with this to a degree....I have better results and success incorporating my cardio with my weight training. By that I mean no rest between sets...trust me it's a big time cardio workout! There are so many theories when it comes to carb consumption. My personal opinion and what works for me ..
