WEll right now im in a production so i don't really workout besides dancing on stage. When it's over, March 27, i plan to start up P90x again. I eat a little bit less than 1200 calories through the week all healthy foods (at least i try). Then on the weekends i eat well.. not too goood. They have a table of all junk food…

I burn alot.. according to my HR monitor... on lifting days I usually burn 300-400 and on plyo days i burn up to 1000

I fell short this week... by a lot :/ I have classes from 6 am until 3pm and then i have play from 3:30 till 9 and I finish homework around 3 am! I get up at 5 already and i dont wanna get up at 4 so i only have on hour of sleep! My school gym isn't open at 3 am :/ I managed to burn about a thousand dancing and walking…

It depends on the workout. I do P90x and during some of the workouts I burn 400 and others up to 1000

I love Oatmeal! I have Quaker Instant Oatmeal: Maple and Brown Sugar. I make mine with water. It usually keeps me full until lunch at about 12:30. However if I do eat a snack its a fruit. The oatmeal is very filling!

Go online and find a picture of your ideal body (such as a girl in a bikini). Print out a few copies and tape them on the chips, the soda, anything you know you shouldn't be eating. That way when you go to grab that bag of chips you will see the results you want and hopefully change your mind.

You may not be eating enough calories per day, i know it sounds weird but you need a certain amount of calories otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and store the bad fats that you want your body to get rid of.

I take one mission whole wheat carb balance large burrito wrap (long name!) and cut it in half. Then I add 1/4 cup of marinara sauce and 1/4 a cup of an italian blend shredded cheese. If you want toppings you can add any vegetables you want.

I gained 17 pounds on birth control but I am able to lose weight fine.. I think if you just started back up you may be going through the weight gain cycle again.. your body has to get used to the pill before you can actually start losing weight
