I think Deena will be cool once she calms down and knows she doesn't have to impress everyone so much - and gets off the Sitch's body parts. LOL. The first episode I questioned her, now I think she's pretty cool and fitting in well. Anything's BETTER than Angelina. Sammi. Oh Sammi. She's something. "Sorry, Snooki". Heck…

Snooki was a car crash last night. That was the most pathetic thing I've seen so far - more than her dancing alone at the end of Season 1.

That's what I needed as well

I'm ADDICTED!! I'm sorry but I am. I started to watch because my ultimate dream was to have a summer shore job back when I was younger ... now it's just entertainment for me and I never miss an episode :glasses:

I do the same as denise309

My hips. Still working on the tummy area ...

Mmmmmm! Agreed. I'm the opposite. I have to force myself to eat dinner - even after a work out. I like to have a glass of chocolate or skim milk and raw veggies/salad, string cheese or cereal just for energy, not usually for hunger.

Don't get down just yet. Everyone's bodies are different when it comes to food, cycles, etc. Sometimes you have to give it more than 3 months like they state . . . I'm on my third different kind, second pill (in two years) and this one doesn't seem to be so bad, but again, it's not going to happen for me over night. So i…

I hate that! It's with anything. They take the easy way out but act like it was the hard way. I have a friend like that. It can be a very toxic relationship. Best bet, stew on it for a little then let it go. As much as you want her to own up to it, it's on her conscience, not yours. You are doing your way for YOURSELF (and…

One thing I do like about BC - I don't look like a man in a bikini anymore! hahaha How long have you been taking it?

O my. This is an issue I've been fighting for over the past two years myself. Trying this and that. Depo (shot) started it all ... Gained over 15 lbs in a course of a year ... Best advice, even when it gets tough, just find something that keeps you motivated. Keep talking and trying things with your doctor. For me I had to…

O man! I totally hear you. Gym's can be soo intimidating - male or females who sit and watch you and want to tell you what you are doing wrong and you should do it their way. That's what I hate. - Or looking like a dork waiting for the piece of equipment you want. I've been contemplating joining as well. There's one that…

Mmmmm bacon! Just like a few others posted, I eat Turkey bacon. I don't really TASTE a difference, but I like the fact that turkey bacon is a bit thicker and it makes me feel like I'm eating more for just about the same - if not, less than I would regular bacon. And it cooks up really nice too, I think, better than regular…

I'm on a lower sodium "diet" at the moment until they run more tests due to the swelling. I drink plenty of water, usually 6 - 9 glasses a day. Nothing seems to be helping. I drink it, I retain it. I pee it out, and my pee is clear, but again, there's never relief. I'm constantly bloated. Fiber, I have been curious and try…

I eat as many calories as I can consume after my work outs due to my lack of hunger. I'm so bloated I usually have to eat a light dinner just to make myself eat something.

My massage I've been promising myself. And a new pair of jeans!

Water. Stay away from REALLY salty stuff. And do your best to stay active, even a light walk in the evening to just move. I have to really push myself to do that sometimes, but I feel a lot better in the end.

Loved it! Really worked for me. Now I live a modified South Beach lifestyle.

Thank you, all. I have been doing some research on the "gluten-free" stuff. I don't think that would be hard for me to do at all. I may have to test it.

Journal. Not just your food. But sometimes writing emotions down and getting them out can help.
-
I completely agree. To better improve my healthy "diet": 1. Spice things up and try new things: I'm getting better at this. Instead of just my usual celery and lettuce, I'm getting better at trying new veggies and fruits that I've never tried before - or liked as a kid. Asparagus. Some peppers. Tomatoes (almost).…

To get back to my most favorite pair of jeans.

Chobani! Yum!! I love their vanilla or honey with Kashi cereal. But the pineapple is my fave!!!

Best thing: channel the anxiety or stress somewhere else. Call a friend to chat or go for a walk with them. Find yourself an activity in which you could enjoy by yourself for alone time or with the kids. Keep a journal and write your emotions instead of eating them. That way you know better how to handle or identify the…

I thought my mom was evil and mean and no fun when she told me "NO" at the grocery store as a little kid. My house - it was a "treat" to have fruit snacks or roll ups. As a kid, I never had the lunch that the other kids would want to trade me for. I wish I knew then what I know now. Mom was right. Mom is always right. She…

Actually reading and learning food labels: What a serving size REALLY is!!! And measuring things out.

I am a HORRIBLE sleeper!! I stress. I worry. I toss and turn. Exercise has helped me soooo much in dealing both with sleep and stress. Some nights I go to bed and already the alarm's going off the next morning. I was out cold!! Lots of studies have shown that exercise is a great way to help sleeps troubles. It has for me.
-
Thanks All!!! I think I'm going to add a few to my grocery list!!

I can be a very hyper person - so add that to PMS and dear LORD! No one wants to be around me. In fact, the girls at work here know when and they put up the "red" tape. It's actually embarrassing. But as many others, I find exercising helps me as well. It's a temporary fix to my day, but it lets me channel my stress,…

Exactly!! iPods - or anything iHome - is NOT cheap. The least they could do is have a good pair of earbuds. Sitting still, laying in the tanning bed, or on the treadmill, I get SO frustrated and end up just putting it a side and am bored out of mind when exercising. LOL! I've seen the JVC ones!! I think I may run out and…
