Those Perdue Chicken cutlets - already made are awesome! I like to fry 'em up in EVOO with some grillin seasoning and toss them on a nice cold salad. I added pecans to my salad yesterday for lunch. It was REALLY good! But you can either eat them right out of the bag or heat 'em up. They really are a great time saver too!!

Same here. I've been doing 5 -6 days a week working out, staying around my calorie goal and I haven't really lost anything but one pound in a matter of two months. But I have lost inches! Taking any kinds of medications? I know when I was on Depo I would bloat REALLY bad! It was horrible. The same thing with you - I'd wake up in the am and look fabulous, by lunch time I was felt huge like a giant balloon! I tried Gas X, Beano, Tums . . . . I'm off Depo now, but every once in awhile I will get that way…

Amen. I don't weigh myself the week before and the week during. I can fluctuate 3 - 5 lbs sometimes. I retain a lot of water. So i just skip the weigh ins.

It's kind of pricey, but I hear FatGirlSlim and FatGirlSleep work really well. I use St Ive's cellulite control (something like that) for my midsection/hips/thighs. Not sure if that could help?

I'm in the same boat. My knees have been killing me lately. Even doing Jillians 30 Day Shred, sometimes the lunges and squats are killer! But I've always had knee problems. Just lately, they've really been bothering me. I also think I need new shoes with more support.

Not just violence in our country, but in our schools. How often do we hear that school shootings and violence was an act of a lonely kid? An outcast? And we do THIS? This girl is happy. I try to keep it light about 2 hours before a work out. I usually have an apple with PB or 5 wheat/multi grain crackers with PB and water. I like a glass of chocolate milk post work out. :smile:
