Okay, my doc prescribed Bentyl (Dicyclomine, 20 mg.) He did it months ago and I only took it twice, felt light-headed (half stoned) and discontinued. I'm one to usually try to go the natural route. Insects. I see these people on tv eating chocolate-covered grasshoppers, etc. NASTY. Over the holidays, I ate well under the MFP calorie limit. I was so proud of myself. I had 500 calorie deficits every day. I worked out 30 to 40 minutes on my treadmill every day.
