You eat much heathier than I do probably has something to do I am cooking for me and two kids. So that means a lot of processed unhealthy foods. I think I am going to have some chicken and veggies for dinenr. I have like 545 calories or something like that. I should be good.

I might have to look into the f4. I could get over the strap or maybe get the sports bra with it attached. Also I love to have some dark chocolate. I always keep the small dove dark chocolate candies. The serving is like 5 for 210 calories but I just have one and it hits the spot.

Glad you saw the scale move. I would suggest though that you keep weighing in the morning. I would try and weigh right after you wake up and before you do your cardio. For me I wake up, go to the bathroom and weigh at 7:15 every morning. You also need to be consistant with what you wear and what time. Your weight…

My ring is also lose! I think I have to get it re-sized or stop wearing it for now. I am afraid of losing it. I was also going to get a link taken out of my watch. So how did you like the watch? Sometimes I add them. I always add if I shovel snow. I just googled it so it is not accurate but shovleing snow is aprox 580 cal per hour. So I usually can get my shoveling done in about 30 min and put 290. I am not sure, it is totally up to you. I only put my housework down like on Sundays when I do 2 hours of cleaning.…
