  • I can't remember how I did it but there is a way to change your starting weight to your actual starting weight that way it shows the 4lbs. I had to do that cause I started 2 weeks before I found this site.

  • I do know it is my own personal goal, I just see so many people with lower goals than me. I just think at 150 I would look like skin and bones. Maybe I have just been heavy for to long. I am not sure what my problem is.
